Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Our Free plan gives you 10 lookups per day forever. This lets you try DNS Dingo before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required!
What happens if I exceed my daily limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade your plan for immediate access or wait until the next day for your limit to reset.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
How does the API work?
Pro and higher plans include API access. You'll receive an API key in your dashboard that allows programmatic DNS lookups. Full API documentation is available.
